Mr. Stanley M. Krchak, age 92, a native and life long resident of Robertsdale, Alabama passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017. He was retired from civil service as an electrician after 31 years working at the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Florida and Brookley Field, Mobile, Alabama. Throughout his lifetime he was a farmer, to include cattle and pecan growing. He and his wife also enjoyed building their own house. Mr. Krchak was a great husband and a loving father. She is survived by his wife of nearly 65 years, Mildred Krchak of Robertsdale, AL; two daughters, Carolyn (Alan) Holbrook of Vicksburg, MS, Shirley (Philip) Bell of Robertsdale, AL; sister, Emily Kostelecky of Silverhill, AL; four grandchildren, Nancy (Jeff) Caruthers, Amanda (Brent) James, Suzanne (Troy) White, Sean Bell and two great grandchildren, Brandon Caruthers, Johnathan Caruthers, Lukas White, Ava White and Adrianna James. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Robertsdale United Methodist Church. The family will begin receiving friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
