Mr. Scott Lineberry

April 29, 1962 - March 3, 2018

Our beloved Scott departed this world on March 3, 2018. Scott was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He attended Murphy High School and graduated from Permian High in Odessa, Texas. Scott was a proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he majored in Chemical Engineering. Since graduating in 1988, Scott has worked for Regal-Brown Inc. He has resided in Baldwin County since returning to the Gulf Coast. Scott was a kind and loving man who loved his Aggies, football, baseball, walking his dogs, and reading, but most of all he loved his family and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Faye "Tiny" Johns Merritt and his father Carl Thomas Lineberry Sr. He is survived by his finance, Reice Teel; his son Joseph Daniel Scott Lineberry; his step-father, Harry Warner Merritt Jr.; his brother, Carl Thomas “Tommy” Lineberry, Jr.; his sister, Pamela Fritz (Jeff); Reice’s daughter, Kristen Carson; and his grandchildren, Ava, Easton and Eizaih. Scott will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Mack Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with burial in Bethel Baptist Cemetery in Robertsdale, AL. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Mack Funeral Home.
