Dorothy M. Bill, age 88, a resident of Foley, AL passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017. Mrs. Bill was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Bill and is survived by three daughters, Roberta Smith, Rita Levens and Rhonda Puryear; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Rock Cemetery in Robertsdale, AL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
